The GAI PLC Program Generation Software leverages Multi-Style Prompting to strengthen Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in domain-specific knowledge applications. By employing in-context learning, it integrates engineer feedback seamlessly into subsequent prompt iterations, ensuring the generation of comprehensive and highly accurate PLC control programs, encompassing both control logic design and I/O point configuration.
Industry Applicability:
As smart manufacturing advances, demand for flexible PLC control grows, especially in multi-model and complex settings where traditional programming is slow and error-prone. Using generative AI, the system auto-generates PLC programs with control logic and I/O design. Tests show 90%+ accuracy, improving SI efficiency and quality in metal, heat treatment, and semiconductor industries.
