Acoustic-based Non-Destructive AI Inspection
This technology realizes automatic identification of sound signal characteristics by tapping and collecting sound of metal products, combined with audio signal analysis and AI technology. It can detect the internal quality without destroying the workpiece. It also has a systematic database and AI training interface, which can provide instant feedback and adjust the AI model when the recognition rate decreases.
