Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy For Rapid Detection of Active Ingredients of Pesticide Products And Pesticide Residues In Agricultural Products

Technology Introduction:
This technology utilizes the patented FaPEx sample pretreatment method to eliminate matrix interference and complete analysis within 3 to 5 minutes. Subsequently, it employs a nanometal chip with a high enhancement factor to generate Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS), amplifying pesticide signals by more than three orders of magnitude. Finally, by integrating AI-driven big data algorithms, the system can simultaneously and accurately identify and analyze multiple types of pesticides within complex mixtures.
Industrial Applications:
At the agricultural production stage, "pre-harvest screening" and self-management can be implemented; at the food distribution and retail stages, a food safety defense line within the green supply chain can be established; the technology can also be applied to government inspections and border checks to detect illegal, counterfeit, or banned finished pesticide products sold on the market.
