MedSelect®-Functional Oncology Drug Development Evaluation Infrastructure

Technology Introduction:
The MedSelectR platform reconstructs an environment closely resembling that of a real human tumor, including hypoxia gradients, differences in nutrient distribution, and immune cell interactions, making drug responses more clinically relevant.

The platform combines a programmable pneumatic pump with automated microscopic imaging analysis to simultaneously perform multiple drug and dosage condition tests and observe tumor tissue changes in real time.
Industrial Applications:
MedSelect® utilizes tumor intratumoral heterogeneity models, deeply integrating tumor characteristics from patients, data analysis of drug responses, and standard treatment data from clinical patient. It can be applied throughout the new drug development process, providing crucial "functional validation and decision support tools". This allows R&D teams to simulate complex tumor pathological environments in the laboratory beforehand, and provides highly clinically relevant drug response data and drug resistance analysis, improving the accuracy of new anticancer drug efficacy and drug resistance assessment. It also provides key data for precision medicine, effectively reducing the risk of clinical failure in new drug development.

Fluidiconic Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Fluidiconic Biotechnology is dedicated to building a next-generation cancer drug validation platform by combining our self-developed tumour microenvironment chip technology with patient tumour data and drug response analysis, helping pharmaceutical companies and research institutions more accurately assess the efficacy and development potential of candidate drugs. The company continues to build up a tumour drug efficacy database, develop drug response scoring and decision models, aiming to reduce the risks of new drug development, increase clinical success rates, and speed up the realisation of personalised medicine and innovative cancer treatments.
