Integrated application of <seawater slurry ice> and <micro-vibration technology>
This exhibit focuses on the innovative cold chain integration for aquatic product processing, combining the <continuous seawater slurry ice production system> and <micro-vibration cold chain preservation technology>. Seawater slurry ice has high adhesion and rapid cooling capabilities. When used with micro-vibration technology during rapid freezing, it induces micro-vibrations of water molecules. This technology effectively overcomes the cell membrane damage caused by conventional freezing, reduces the risk of quality degradation, and shortens the freezing time and energy consumption. It showcases an innovative solution while promoting sustainable development.
