Geothermal Exploration and Development

Technology Introduction:
Geothermal energy originates from the Earth’s interior with an average geothermal gradient of approximately 30°C/km. Based on the origin of the heat source, geothermal resources can be classified into volcanic and non-volcanic types. Geothermal power generation utilizes the circulation of a working fluid between production and injection wells to extract thermal energy and drive turbines for electricity generation. A geothermal power generation model is used to demonstrate the types and mechanisms of geothermal power generation, with the aim of promoting environmentally friendly renewable energy capable of stable, long-term continuous operation.
Industrial Applications:
The geothermal power generation model is used to demonstrate the types and mechanisms of geothermal power generation, including volcanic, metamorphic rock, and deep geothermal systems. It also introduces underground doublet well circulation systems and deep geothermal hydraulic stimulation, as well as surface power generation equipment and related systems.
