Integrated iPSC Technology Platform for Highly Stable MSC and Exosome Manufacturing
Technology Introduction:
Established an iPSC reprogramming platform for disease modeling and drug evaluation, including mitochondrial DNA mutation-associated hearing loss and genetic vision disorders. Differentiated iPSCs into ISCT-compliant mesenchymal stromal cells (iMSCs) and developed proprietary media for iMSC differentiation and iPSC expansion.
Established a highly consistent iPSC-based MSC and exosome manufacturing platform, becoming the first institution in Taiwan to obtain an INCI designation for iPSC-derived exosomes
