Commissioned by the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration (SMESA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) is organizing the Green Transformation Forum for Small and Medium Enterprises.
This session focuses on helping the service industry implement energy-saving and carbon-reduction measures and develop sustainable branding strategies to enhance their green competitiveness. The event is held in conjunction with the IP Value Enhancement Program, also commissioned by SMESA and executed by ITRI. Through the introduction of ESG consulting resources and the application of intangible asset valuation, the program supports enterprises in leveraging intellectual property as a foundation to build transformation momentum, generate economic benefits, and strengthen industrial value.
Experts will be invited to analyze the impact of carbon-related issues on the service industry and to introduce how Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) can effectively assist businesses in implementing energy-saving and carbon-reduction practices. In addition, representatives from service-sector enterprises actively engaged in green transformation will share their experiences, describing the practical process of implementing sustainability initiatives and applying for government resources.
Finally, ITRI will collaborate with industry professionals in a panel discussion to explore how the service industry can move from “carbon reduction” to “brand value enhancement,” helping companies establish sustainable business models.
The forum will cover strategies, technologies, and practical case studies, and warmly invites stakeholders from all sectors to participate and exchange insights.
