Taiwan native yeast bank and its application technology for people’s livelihood
The domestic baking and brewing industry is facing problems such as dependence on imported yeast, lack of local characteristics, difficulty in scaling up and difficult to use. This technology builds Taiwan’s first baking/brewing microbial library as well as integrated application technologies, providing flavorful, natural, functional yeast products with less additives. We also provide services such as rapid microbial identification, optimization of production process, reduction of wastage, quality improvement and development of new products with local characteristics.
