Intraoperative Brain Surgery Navigation System Based on Needle Type OCT Technology

This product is an intraoperative navigation technology assisted brain surgery. Based on needle type OCT, high spatial resolution and real-time imaging technology is applied to visualize deep brain nucleus. This OCT probe is compatible with the equipment used in the usual stereotaxic procedure, without changing the surgeon’s operation habits and instruments. Circular high-resolution tomographic images are provided through this scanning probe with an outer diameter of only 0.6mm during the stereotaxic procedure. Paired with tissue identification software developed based on AI models, it can assist neurologists in identifying tissue types surrounding the probe to improve positioning accuracy.
