The verification and failure analysis platform for dispersion behavior of thermoplastic polymer inorganic powder
The PIDC establishes a platform that uses various types of detection and analysis equipment (such as X-ray Computed Tomography (XCT), Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), etc.) to acquire related data between inorganic powder and thermoplastic polymer. Cross-checking to find out the cause that making product failure, obtaining the best dispersibility of the inorganic powder and the most efficient processing method to help customers successfully getting over a difficulty.
