1. The R and D activities for agrivoltaic farming is to cope with the development and realization of National Renewable Energy Policy to merge solar farm with traditional agricultural working farm under structure. With the purpose in mind, it is to create an innovative mode of agricultural production and management that co-develops farm field for both agricultural production and solar power generation.
2. The new module integrates the existing crop production technologies to not only screening applicable crop species fitted to agrivoltaic farms but also developing corresponding adaptive ways of cultivation for an appreciable yield improvement. By considering the available resources and conditions of facilities, various operation systems for crop production from such farming-type photovoltaic facilities will be developed.
3. The adaptation technology may include intelligent agricultural elements and regulatory practices for micrometeorological environment so as to stabilize the quantity and quality of crop production in facilities.
