Mass production and application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A1 microbial as a plant protection agent
Optimization of fermentation process for the target product such as spores and metabolite was developed. The fermentation scale up process was enlarged to 5 metric tons fermentation tank with 3.5 metric tons of fermentation broth.
The WP formula was developed, and the physical and chemical specifications were tested and qualified. The 12-month room shelf stability test was qualified.
