豬瘟( Classical Swine Fever ) 是一種高度傳染性病毒性疾病，由強毒株病毒引起的急性型豬瘟，其感染率與死亡率高達 100 ％，造成巨大經濟損失。本技術將原有豬瘟組織培養疫苗之製程進行改良，並且開發可即時監測之系統，相較舊有製程提升疫苗力價30-100倍。我國現行豬瘟組織培養疫苗檢驗標準合格力價為103.5 TCID50/劑量，本製程改良後之疫苗力價可達105.0~5.5 TCID50/劑量。藉由高力價、高品質之動物疫苗提升豬隻抗病能力，以提供國人健康豬肉食品及提升我國食品安全。
