The program combines advanced blockchain technology with ICT, internet of things and artificial intelligence to construct the “Circular Materials Verification and Matchmaking Platform”, which establishes a permission process to commission a just third-party unit to verify materials’ identity and characteristics all the way from material generation, distribution to end use. This study is use image recognition on the circular material with the technology of artificial intelligence. We do the real time surveillance on the video by means of convolutional neural network and object detection model. Through the “Circular Materials Verification and Matchmaking Platform”, waste can be put in a right place and forms a healthy life cycle of materials. Matchmaking creates new values for materials, not only saving costs but also driving a new business model.
