TSC, in line with the government policy, constructs a quality circular residential building in Tainan Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City. The Taisugar Circular Village offers over 300 apartments to meet the housing demand in the city, and it also adopts the new business model of "renting instead of buying" to light up the value of circular economy. This village implements the concepts of "resources reuse" and "cradle to cradle" which achieves the first residential building embracing concepts of circular architecture in Taiwan.
