It uses silicon carbide power modules to achieve a high driving voltage of 800V, peak power up to 240kW, and a maximum efficiency higher than 98%. By optimizing the hardware configuration and wirelessly connecting the control board and the driver board, the board size can be reduced. And to reduce costs, the overall drive controller is only 3.9L, and the power density is as high as 60kW/L or more.
