we have developed a pilot line to fabricate perovskite solar module. In particular, three sub-projects are included: development of scalable processes, machines and control of key raw materials. In the section of developing scalable processes, we have defined processes to fabricate perovskite solar module under the consideration of low material waste, high throughput, good quality and scale-up feasibility. For key raw materials control, we will focus on purification of PbI2 and special sputtering targets. Our achievement can provide core competitiveness of Taiwan's industry in the field of perovskite solar cell technology
