This project is based on high-performance concrete, incorporating fiber materials of different weights and proportions, along with graphene-based nano-carbon materials as conductive additives. These enhancements aim to improve impact resistance and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) shielding performance, making it suitable for reinforcing the protective capabilities of various types of facilities.
In line with the current national policy of building small and strong armed forces and improving military education, in May 2000 the Armed Forces University, National Defense Medical College, National Defense Management College, and Chung Cheng Institute of Technology were integrated into one university, National Defense University(NDU).
