TEXBONDER® Bonding Instead of Sewing for Single-Material Garments – Improving Recyclability and Circularity
TEXBONDER® uses bonding instead of sewing to solve problems such as solvent residue, yellowing, hydrolysis, and non-recyclability caused by traditional hot melt adhesive bonding. It improves product quality and durability, makes a single material easy to recycle, and increases the recycling efficiency of polyester textiles. It can be applied in diverse fields such as apparel, bags, and footwear.
The Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) is engaged in market development, fashion marketing, technological R&D, and textile product design. In recent years, TTF has continued to support the textile industry in expanding into international markets, improving product design quality, and collecting global fashion intelligence.
