Application of Regenerated Silicon Carbide Powder Technology-4" Silicon Carbide Wafer Carrier
As the global demands for high-purity silicon carbide powder continues to grow, this exhibits uses silicon wafer leftover material as the silicon source. Chair Man Hi-Tech Co. developed high-temperature direct reaction to synthesize regenerated silicon carbide powder with a purity of 3N, and further produced a silicon carbide wafer carrier. Through the development of high-value recycled materials, in addition to helping to master the silicon carbide materials independently, and gradually realizing the localization of raw materials, and with the advantages manufacturing and CNC processing technology, it provides customized overall solutions for key wafer carriers required by the domestic industry.
