High efficiency thermal-driven dehumidification and drying system

Technology Introduction:
Heat pump-driven solid dehumidifier or liquid dehumidifier will achieve more energy-saving dehumidification performance, which can be applied to sludge drying, plastic drying, constant temperature and humidity processes, etc. For example, the air conditioning dehumidification system's energy consumption index can be increased from 1.8~2.0 kg/kwh of the traditional condensation dehumidification system to 2.5~2.7 kg/kwh. Solid dehumidification can reach extremely low humidity and can be applied to lithium battery processes. Liquid dehumidification systems can apply waste heat without distance limit, and can sterilize and purify the air, which can be applied to green buildings and clean rooms. Both have their advantages.
Industry Applicability:
Liquid and solid desiccants can utilize van der Waals forces to capture water vapor from the air directly, achieving efficient dehumidification. Compared to the energy-intensive process of supercooling and reheating in traditional condensation-based dehumidification systems, this method offers significant energy savings. Moreover, new desiccants feature low-temperature regeneration.
