The heat pump dryer has high energy efficiency. However, the heat pump dryer’s maximum dry temperature is only 80℃, so the drying rate is too slow. Our technics are combined heat pump with desiccant to produce a low humidity hot air and speed up the drying rate of the total system. Compared with the traditional heat pump dryer, the drying rate increased by 15~25％ depending on different dried matters. The arrangement of the evaporator, condenser, air-to-air heat exchanger and desiccant can be changed for various applications. Moreover, the innovative MOF desiccant has been developed. The regeneration temperature is 50~80℃, and the desiccant wheel technology is also developed. Complete the overall heat pump combined with the desiccant dryer.
