The 5G Metaverse Professional Skills Training System combines 3D interaction, intelligent sensing, remote training, and scenario script design to provide an immersive experience and user-friendly human-machine interface. It also simulates high-difficulty and high-cost professional skills training to meet the needs of industry skill education and training. Furthermore, the system can effectively reduce training time, labor and consumable costs, and maintenance costs of equipment and machinery. It is expected to assist in training industries to achieve net-zero carbon emissions and create social value. This technology designs and simulates various CNC milling machine operation training scenarios through immersive virtual reality. It offers trainees equipment parameter settings, machine program checks, and work simulation fields, allowing them to learn about precision equipment-related tasks within the virtual environment. Trainees can directly manipulate virtual objects and carry out work processes using controllers, handwheels, and gesture recognition within the virtual environment. During training, trainees can choose different operation courses based on the conditions of the CNC milling machine's precision equipment, familiarizing themselves with important aspects of the operational process and addressing various operational obstacles. The 5G Metaverse Professional Skills Training System is developed in consideration of the actual needs of professional training operators and international trends in the metaverse. It focuses on addressing domestic high-difficulty, high-cost, and high-risk situations, assisting domestic operators in overcoming development bottlenecks in training professionals, and promoting innovative application service models in vocational training education in our country.
