We have realized the ultra-compact isolated DC/DC converter with world-leading power density, 17 kW/L (thus, 1 kW output with pocket size), by combining latest GaN power devices and our own high frequency switching control.
Also it has the ability of bidirectional power transfer which combines discharger and charger circuits and thus downsizing of power system is possible.
With these features, it contributes to spread of V2H system, xEVs, and renewable energy systems.
