Mechanism of Scale peeling off & Scale prevention by “THE BIOWATER” using “NCSC Method” (Non Chemical Scale Control method):

Scale is a phenomenon of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) or Silicon dioxide (silica=SiO2)
is deposited and attached to the water pipes or hot water supply facilities.
Mechanism of scale peeling off and scale prevention by the water reforming device “THE BIOWATER” is explained as follows:

1) For Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3):
＋ In the case of regular water
Generally, water or hot water that is pressured by pump is fed into water supply facilities. Therefore, a lot of gas is included in high pressured water or hot water. And, when valve is open and water pressure goes down to normal level, dissolved gas evaporates and brings lots of air bubbles.

＋ In the case of reformed water by “THE BIOWATER”
In the case of reformed water or hot water by “THE BIOWATER”, gas included in high
pressure water does not evaporate. It is hydrated in a chain of water molecules
(hydration), or it remains in stable condition among the similarly sized particles of water
molecules. This phenomenon can also be confirmed from the fact that “Alkali shift”
found in regular water is suppressed in the water reformed by “BIOWATER”. (See
