Recycling composite textiles into waterproof and breathable polyurethane membranes

Industrial Applications:
This technology integrates textile waste recycling, chemical depolymerization, circular polyurethane resin development, and waterproof and breathable film manufacturing, forming a complete PET/PU Textiles-to-Textiles (T2T) circular value chain. It reduces reliance on virgin petrochemical resources and supports textile circularity.
In collaboration with Singtex Industrial Co., Ltd., it has been applied in the RePUra™ product line and waterproof breathable outerwear, validating its manufacturability, scalability, and market potential.
