Low-carbon materials for PCBs

Technology Introduction:
Utilizing monomers recycled from defective automotive manufacturing waste as raw materials, this technology develops a low-carbon, bio-based epoxy resin system, which is further integrated into formulation designs for CCL.
1.Line-compatible & easy to formula adjustments.
2.Low-carbon recycled + bio-based formula drastically cuts footprint.
3.Drop-in existing processes, boosting green competitiveness.
Industrial Applications:
This tech verified full-process PCBs—from resin, CCL/PCB, to modules—via power boards while advancing UL certification. With transferrable formulas and patents, it scales up materials and commercializes the "Low-Carbon PCB Solution." This ensures mass-production readiness, builds auditable carbon metrics, and boosts Taiwan's competitiveness.
