LYSward™: A pH-Dependent Antibody Platform for ADCs

Industrial Applications:
The LYSward™ platform can be applied to the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), enhancing intracellular payload release and improving anti-tumor efficacy while reducing the risk of resistance caused by antigen loss. This technology can be used to develop more effective ADC therapeutics as well as optimize existing ADC products, increasing their clinical value and market competitiveness. In addition, LYSward™ offers strong potential for technology licensing and industry partnerships, making it a promising platform for next-generation ADC development.
