Novel unique nanoporous composite SERS substrates for preservatives and antibiotics detection and its application
Technology Introduction:
This technology utilizes the electric field effect around AAO pores to effectively enhance SERS spectral signals, with additional enhancement occurring at inter-pore gaps, sharp tips, and pore peripheries. Low detection limits have been achieved for methylene blue, malachite green, melamine, bisphenol A, as well as various preservatives and antibiotics. The outcomes include four granted domestic patents and three granted international patents, and publications of five high-impact journal papers.
Industrial Applications:
Most commercially available SERS substrates currently rely on MNPs, which result in poor stability and reproducibility, limiting their practical applications. We have developed a porous metal nanofilm SERS substrate that offers higher sensitivity, stability, uniformity, and reproducibility. It is well-suited for large-scale production, with low cost and the capability for high-throughput analysis, making it highly applicable to enviromental and food safety.
