CONTINUE-MOF: A Continuous Green Processing and Circular Manufacturing Platform for Scalable MOF Manufacturing
Technology Introduction:
CONTINUE-MOF integrates continuous synthesis, real-time purification, mother-liquor recovery, and precursor reuse, transforming MOF production from conventional batch processing into a low-waste, cost-efficient, and scalable circular manufacturing platform for sustainable production of materials used in carbon capture, water treatment, gas purification, and advanced materials.
Industrial Applications:
CONTINUE-MOF can be integrated into pilot or mass-production lines for MOFs and key porous materials. It has achieved 96% material recovery, 78% product purity, ~92% ligand recovery, and ~81% ligand cost reduction, supporting sustainable manufacturing for carbon capture, water treatment, gas purification, catalysis, and advanced semiconductor process materials.
