Broad-spectrum cancer vaccine

Technology Introduction:
The Targeted Antigen Delivery System (TADS) is a new vaccine platform that precisely delivers antigens to immune cells, simultaneously inducing potent antibody and T-cell responses. It is applicable to cancer vaccines. Addressing the challenge of generating tumor-specific T cells in clinical immunotherapy, this technology combines tumor antigen survivin to develop the candidate vaccine rSur-FLIPr, successfully overcoming the challenge of insufficient immunogenicity of tumor antigens.
Industrial Applications:
Broad-spectrum and precise: Survivin is highly expressed in over 80% of cancer types. rSur-FLIPr can break immune tolerance and induce a potent CD8+ T cell response, possessing the potential to become a "broad-spectrum cancer vaccine." cGMP process and GLP toxicology validation have been completed. TADS could be used for the development of various cancer or infectious disease vaccines with different targets in the future, generating long-term patent revenue through global licensing.
