ShareGuru Intelligence Technologies Inc., formerly EstiNet Technology, is a startup company incubated by National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University in 2010. Consequently, in Aug. 2025, the company separated from Golden Smart Home Corp. to form the subsidiary ShareGuru Intelligence Technologies Inc., launching its own brand, "ShareGuru". ShareGuru product line includes "ShareGuru Online Training" a cloud-based AI training platform serving clients across various industries such as IT services, automotive sales groups, hospitality, hospitals, pharmacy chains, medical aesthetics equipment manufacturers, chain medical aesthetics clinics, and talent development. Moreover, the "ShareQA Enterprise Customer Service Knowledge Management AI System" utilizes the ShareGuru Multi-Agent AI platform and NL2SQL (Natural Language to SQL) core generative AI technology to create a multi-agent LLM platform application that can be maintained and operated locally. This next-generation enterprise AI solution improves efficiency in AI knowledge management, AI customer service, and related fields.
