In response to the global trend of "net-zero emissions", we are striving to replace traditional engines with electric motors. In term of the cut flower intelligent light supplementation and energy saving technology, the traditional timing light supplementation technology is improved, which reduced carbon emission by 65％; the plant gravel media separation processor can reduce carbon emissions by 85％ by the replacement of diesel engines with electric motors. Taichung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station, COA developed the intelligent light supplementation system, automatic folding box machinery for cutting flowers, plant gravel media separation processor, and electric labor-saving handling machinery, we have established a coherent mechanized production process that can reduce labor costs and occupational injuries.
