Production and application of potential probiotics to improve growth performance and decrease the ammonia concentration of manure for farm animals
This tech. is mainly to screen, identify and characterize potential probiotic isolates, and complete the prod.of bacteria powder type products, making it convenient to use. Animal experiments on white broiler chickens, laying hens and goats showed that: 1. In the treatment group added with potential probiotic isolates, the body weight gain and feed efficiency of white broiler chickens were significantly better than those of the control group, and the NH3 conc. in litter in the middle and late feeding period was significantly reduced by more than 40%; 2. Adding potential probiotic isolates and electrolytes to the diet of laying hens can significantly improve the egg production performance, egg weight, protein height and color in the hot season, and can also reduce the odor of excrement; 3. The addition of potential probiotic isolates to the goat diet has positive effects on protein digestibility, feed intake and daily gain, and can also reduce the conc. of NH3 in the goat kids’s feces.
