植物循環部分,甘蔗壓榨後之蔗渣,可製作RDF-5燃料棒,以氣化爐燃燒供能,副產品可兼作農業資材,蔗渣亦可與平地造林之疏伐木屑混合,製作菇類栽培基質菇包。而廢棄菇包之生質料則可醱酵成兜土,或與廚餘、沼渣搭配製作有機堆肥,塑膠部分則能回收造粒再生,或是壓製RDF-5燃料棒作為能源使用。
動物循環部分,養豬產生之豬糞尿可利用快速醱酵方式成為肥料,亦可與農廢廚餘共醱酵後產生沼氣發電,所殘留之沼渣則可再腐熟為有機堆肥,或者經烘乾製炭成為高單價之導電碳。
