The back surface of solar cell is passivated by atomic-layer-deposited Al2O3 to enhance open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current. The back side contacts are formed by laser-opening technology and the Back Surface Field could be formed locally. This technology could increase efficiency 0.5~1%, and the maximum efficiency could up to 20.8%.
