We develop polysilicon passivation technology which is suitable for advanced PERC (PERx). The open circuit voltage and fill factor can been improved by passivated emitter process integration and electrode pattern optimization. The open circuit voltage exceeds 670mV and thus the cell efficiency up to 22.1％ with an efficiency gain of 0.5~1％.
