Real-time Online Design and Custom Inkjet Printing Service Platform

The current trend in custom printing technology involves using digital inkjet printing to create customized patterns on uneven surfaces. However, this printing process still requires manual adjustments of the image and object positions to ensure precise printing. The frequent need for position adjustments often results in poor print quality, low production efficiency, and consumes significant time and effort.

To address this issue, the Printing Technology Research Institute has developed two new technologies and a service platform. The first technology involves the analysis of object surface boundaries and evaluation of image distortion through a printing system and an image camera alignment module. It calculates the precise printing position for non-planar objects. The second technology, Printing Technology Research Institute utilizes advanced algorithms to enhance image clarity and introduce more variations, meeting customers' demands for print quality.

Finally, the Printing Technology Research Institute has established an online platform that incorporates the aforementioned technologies. The platform allows for the simulation of 3D objects to be printed and displays the actual effects of applying patterns. It also enables the storage and retrieval of customer preferences and provides relevant recommendations, enhancing the overall custom printing experience for customers.
