Using novel BPH-resistant rice to establish an Intelligent BPH-monitoring system and efficient BPH resistance screening techniques

1.Intelligent BPH-monitoring system: organic farming with novel Bph31(t) gene BPH-resistant rice line by outfitting devices with image capture and AI analysis to obtain real-time insect population that can be used for precise and integrated pest management.
2.The efficient BPH resistance screening and resistant-gene-pyramiding integration techniques: EPG-assisted screening can efficiently shorten the BPH-resistant rice breeding process and that in combination with resistant-gene-pyramiding technique can breed a rice line with broader BPH-resistant spectrum.1.The novel Bph31(t) gene locus exhibiting strong BPH resistance has never been reported or used in cultivation makes it ideal for research and applications.
2.Establish an intelligent platform for pest monitoring, provide time indicators for prevention and improve efficiency of utilizing pest control resources.
3.Introduce AC-DC EPG technology to monitor BPH feeding which can reduce testing and breeding time of rice.1.Promotion of insect-resistant rice can reduce pesticide usage and greatly increase feasibility of organic cultivation.
2.Establish intelligent platforms for pest monitoring to implement an early warning system and enable efficient pest-control performance.
3.Utilize AC-DC EPG technology can accelerate seedlings detection to shorten the breeding process and to develop new insect-resistant rice variety effectively.
