The hydrogel hybrid ceramic green body is prepared then passes through the 3D printing method to provide a variety of manufacturing ability, and has sophisticated stereoscopic structure. This technology also uses the shrinkage characteristics of the negative thermo-responsive hydrogel since the temperature rises, and it has a better sintering and densification process technology to obtain better mechanical properties.The thermo-responsive hydrogel hybrid ceramic to form green body is prepared through the 3D digital process printing method to provide a variety of manufacturing ability, and has 3D sophisticated stereoscopic structure. This technology also uses the shrinkage characteristics of the negative thermo-responsive hydrogel since the temperature rises, and it has a better sintering and densification process technology to obtain better mechanical properties. There are many potential markets, such as medical fields of orthopedic and dental, the application of jewelry arts and other precision ceramic device. Since 2013, this technology-related intellectual property right has the world patent layout.Orthopedic applications, it can be applied to different bone defect indications, and provide customized products.
Dental applications, it can print implants by zirconia materials that have the advantages of customization and rapid manufacturing due to the reduction of complicated processing procedures.
Fine ceramic applications, it is also a potential market for the application of jewelry arts and other precision industrial ceramic device.
