Selective Laser Sintering Technology (SLS) of MfgPro230 xS is the professional grade solution for producing diverse 3D printed mechanical parts and products in fast printing. Used with printing material of sPro12W, the MfgPro230 xS improves production cost efficiency without 3D printing support structures. The mechanical properties of materials include high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high tenacity. Traditional injection portion of the molding process may take 45 days or longer to develop. Additionally, the molding cost can be considered as a critical factor to the cost and expense. Contrarily, the product development time and cost are greatly reduced by the SLS 3D printing technology. The MfgPro230 xS allows to print major quantities of objects in one print, an average of 2 hours per printed object, resulted in rapid prototyping.
