The calibration method can be adapted to various kind of thermal imaging OEM modules, to further improve the accuracy of existing system with smaller volume and lower power load, and reduce cost of hardware while designing IR imaging system.
To determine a plurality of radiometric regression coefficients according to the ambient temperature, the temperature of the case and the operation temperature of the focal plane array module rather than complex mathematical model, ones can improve the accuracy to ± 0.3~1%.
It provides high measurement accuracy while the IR imaging system is used in long range detection, and to promise the potentiality in case of crossing over from basic factory used to advanced precise measurement.
