Heat pump dryer has a high energy efficiency. However, the maximum dry temperature is only 80℃ of heat hump dryer, so the drying rate is too slow. Our technics are combined heat pump with desiccant to produce a low humidity hot air, and speed up the drying rate of the total system. Comparing with the traditional heat pump dryer, the drying rate increased 15~25% depend on different dried matters. The array of evaporator, condenser, air-to-air heat exchanger, and desiccant can be changed for different energy- consuming ratio, volume and cost which is suited for varied application place. Moreover, the innovated mixing blades are developed. The dried matters and hot dry air can be well blended by the mixing blade, and increase the drying rate more. Overcoming the market promotion dilemma of heat pump dryer. These technologies can be applied to drying systems such as sludge drying, plastic drying, food drying and raw material drying which has a temperature limitation issue.
