EirGenix has dual business model.
1.CDMO business
We are looking for global clients for collaboration to provide CDMO core technologies and platforms: (1) cell line development; (2) process development and process amplification; (3) development and validation of analytical methodology; (4) product identification; (5) GMP production and stability tests for clinical trials; (6) CMC (chemical, manufacturing and control).
2.Biosimilar development:
EirGenix has 6 products in development. The most advanced products is EG12014. In March 2021, the analysis results of the Phase III clinical trial indicator data reached the bioequivalency. EirGenix signed a license agreement with Sandoz,a global leader in generic and biosimilar drug manufacturing, which grants Sandoz the exclusive rights to globally commercialize the biosimilar EG12014 in all markets excluding China and Taiwan. Once the product goes on the market, it can provide more treatment options and opportunities for patients with breast cancer patients of HER2 expression.
