METHOD FOR FORMING PEROVSKITE LAYER AND FORMING STRUCTURE COMPRISING PEROVSKITE LAYER

Improve the crystallinity of perovskite through IR and increase the crystal size of perovskite; improve the grain boundary of perovskite through UV and reduce the hysteresis effect of components. Through UV cracking of perovskite crystals, a protective layer is formed to prevent the subsequent vacuum coating from destroying the perovskite, and it becomes a new method for forming the perovskite element structure.
