Chiller Operation Optimization and Smart Energy Saving Technology for Intelligent Facilities
This technical solution integrates AI, big data analytics to forecast cooling load demand and estimate the efficiency of different chiller combinations in light of tool health and optimal operation configurations. The optimal chiller configuration and decision support are dynamically provided to enhance energy conservation and green production. Real-time feedback is employed for monitoring model effectiveness for self-calibration and retrain. Domain knowledge and expertise are incorporated to enhance decision quality and practical viability.
In high energy-consuming industries such as semiconductor and TFT-LCD manufacturing, the chillier water system is indispensable to factories but requires huge energy consumption. This technology can provide decision support of operating existing chillers for smart energy-saving without additional facilities investments.
