Green adsorption materials and energy-saving exhaust gas treatment equipment used in the treatment of industrial volatile organic compounds
The activated alumina are extracted from aluminum dross and ash to be an adsorption material for removing volatile organic compounds. Through recycling aluminum smelting slag from aluminum metallurgy, the adsorption materials can be cost down and landfill waste and carbon dioxide emissions could be reduced at the same time. The energy-saving integrated process of the regenerative combustion and adsorption concentration units is also developed for recovering waste heat entirely, improving the combustion efficiency of VOCs and reducing energy consumption.
