The continuous micro parts heat treatment system equipment is designed with automatic feeding system, automatic monitoring, carburizing quenching furnace for real-time adjustment, innovative oil tank, collecting device and intelligent digital services. The developed equipment aims for micro parts (below 2mm in diameter) to solve the traditional manufacturing process faced with uneven product properties, the collecting rate cannot be improved and equipment always relies on imports. This system equipment can not only maintain high-quality yield rate and high collecting rate, but also provide a small quantity large variety, more intelligent production for customized micro-components and systematic services, which can be applied to optoelectronic semiconductors, machine tools, aerospace, electric vehicles, medical devices, wearable devices and other product components in the future. The system equipment has won bronze award of 2021 Edison Awards, platinum award of 2018 Taiwan Innotech Expo and gold metal of 2017 Taipei Int’l Invention Show & Technomart, also jointly developed with Xing Guang Industrial Co., Ltd. and SHA YANG YE Industrial Co., Ltd.
