Multi-in multi-out dual-polarization wireless transmitter and receiver system in 300-GHz band
The proposed system is composed by several parts. The electronic transmitter and receiver ICs are composed by mm-wave CMOS active and passive circuits. The optic-electronic integrated transmitter is formed hybrid-integrated dual-frequency light source, UTC-PD, and CMOS circuits. The antenna is an array built by multi-layer structures. The different parts will be integrated by system packaging.
At present, the University consists of 16 colleges, 58 departments, 146 graduate institutes, as well as 34 Master's and PhD degree programs. NTU's programs cover a wide array of disciplines across science, arts, and the humanities, with up to 8,000 courses made available for selection each semester.
